At Westwood, we use the Hot Lunch Program, an online ordering system for parents to order milk, food, and field trips for their children. Parents must set up accounts at the beginning of each year. All orders must be completed and paid for online. Please do not send cash to school.
Milk and food are ordered on a monthly basis during specific ordering windows. Orders must be paid for during the ordering window or they will be deleted. We are unable to accept late orders.
The ordering windows for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows:
September 2025: Sept 5 – Sept 12
October 2025: Sept 22 – Sept 28
November 2025: Oct 27 – Nov 2
December 2025: Nov 24 – Nov 30
January 2026: Dec 22 – Dec 28
February 2026: Jan 26 – Feb 1
March 2026: Feb 23 – Mar 1
April 2026: Mar 23 – Mar 29
May 2026: Apr 27 – May 3
June 2026: May 25 – May 31
